We understand that your time is valuable and that is why our appointment times are flexible to fit your schedule. Late evening and early morning appointments are available if required; just let reception know what your schedule requirements are at the time of booking. 

If you drop by the clinic without an appointment, the hours are as follows:

Mon. 10:00-1:00 & 3:00-6:00

Tues. 9:00-11:00 & 2:00-5:00

Wed.   10:00-1:00 & 3:00-7:00

Thurs. 9:00-11:00 & 2:00-5:00

Fri. 10:00-1:00

Sat. by appointment

Massage Therapy Appointment Schedule:

Mon:   10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Tues:  10:00 AM-8:00 PM

Wed:  10:00 AM-7:30 PM

Thurs: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM

Fri:     10:00 AM-8:00 PM

Sat:  every other Saturday by appointment only.

We ask that you book your massage a minimum of 24 hours in advance.  Thank you. 

Reflexology Appointment Schedule:

Tues:  11:00 am-5:00 pm

Thur:  11:00 am -5:00 pm

Appointments are flexible and special arrangements can be made to fit your busy schedule (including evening and weekend appointments)
